David L. Micoff, CPA
Founder
David has provided accounting and business consulting services in various capacities throughout the US and southeast Michigan since 1986. His expertise includes accounting and auditing, taxation, office automation and computer consulting. David also speaks on varioius technology and business topics to groups of all sizes.
Graduating Cum Laude from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration in 1986, David has worked as an auditor for two 'Big Six' accounting firms and served as controller and later as Chief Financial Officer for FAME Software Corporation, a subsidiary of Citibank.
From June 1988, David had been active in his own consulting firm providing various consulting services including business planning, office automation and installing computers, computer networks and computerized accounting systems. David is an Certified Consultant for the AccountEdge accounting software, a QuickBooks Pro Advisor a Daylite Master Parnter and a certified member of the Apple Consultants Network qualified as a Apple Certified Technical Coordinator and Help Desk Specialist..
David holds multiple certifications from Apple, serves on the adjunct faculty at Cleary University, is a member of both the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA).

Josh has been working with computers for the majority of his life serving at various Mac establishments in the metropolitan Detroit area.
